1. SERVICES

MainStreet Systems provides business automation, lead conversion systems, CRM infrastructure, operational workflows, marketing support, AI communication systems, and revenue optimization services for local service businesses. Services may include:

  • CRM implementation
  • Lead response automation
  • SMS and email workflows
  • Appointment scheduling systems
  • AI-powered follow-up systems
  • Website and funnel development
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Operational consulting
  • Marketing automation

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business or use business services to access our platform and services.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain lawful business practices
  • Comply with all marketing and communication laws
  • Maintain proper permissions for customer communications
  • Keep account credentials secure

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your business operations
  • Customer interactions
  • Sales outcomes
  • Advertising spend
  • Service fulfillment

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

MainStreet Systems does not guarantee:

  • Revenue increases
  • Lead generation volume
  • Conversion rates
  • Financial outcomes
  • Business growth

Results depend on many factors beyond our control.

5. PAYMENTS & FEES

All fees are due according to agreed payment schedules. Services may include:

  • Setup fees
  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Retainers
  • Performance-based pricing
  • Custom project fees

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Cancellation terms:

  • 30-day written notice required unless otherwise agreed
  • No prorated refunds for partial billing periods

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may integrate with third-party platforms including:

  • GoHighLevel
  • Twilio
  • Google
  • Meta/Facebook
  • Stripe
  • Thumbtack
  • Angi
  • Zapier
  • OpenAI

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages
  • Platform suspensions
  • API failures
  • Lead quality from external marketplaces

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. COMMUNICATION COMPLIANCE

You are responsible for complying with:

  • TCPA
  • CAN-SPAM
  • A2P 10DLC
  • Privacy and consent laws
  • Email/SMS regulations

MainStreet Systems is not liable for fines, violations, or misuse of communication systems.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All systems, workflows, automations, templates, graphics, software configurations, and proprietary processes remain the property of MainStreet Systems unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not:

  • Copy
  • Resell
  • Redistribute
  • Reverse engineer
  • Replicate proprietary systems

without written permission.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Business information
  • Internal systems
  • Customer data
  • Financial information
  • Operational workflows

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MainStreet Systems shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Revenue loss
  • Indirect damages
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party platform failures
  • Data loss

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to MainStreet Systems during the previous three (3) months of services.

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Illegal activity is detected
  • Payments are overdue
  • Abuse or misuse occurs

Upon termination:

  • Access may be revoked
  • Automations disabled
  • Hosted systems removed

13. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW
